1. Who can participate in the Target Mail program?

Any ABC Supply Co. Inc. or Town & Country Industries customer.

2. How is the Target Mail program beneficial for my company?

When executed well, direct mail can be a powerful tool for reaching potential customers, generating leads, and increasing sales.

3. Why is using Target Mail postcards more effective than other types of marketing?

Postcards can be held when viewed which creates a stronger more memorable connection. Their colorful presence grabs attention unlike emails which are easily ignored and deleted.

4. How do I place a Target Mail postcard order?

View the available postcard versions. Then click on the red Submit Order button in the top right corner to access the Target Mail order form and place an order.

5. Will my Target Mail postcards be customized with my company information?

Yes! Every Target Mail postcard contains your company logo, contact information, personalized offer and promotional message. We can also modify it to match your company colors.

6. Can I make a copy edit, or photo change to a Target Mail version?

Yes! For an additional fee, you can modify copy or swap out images on the Target Mail postcards. Choose the version that best meets your needs and then contact us with the necessary edits.

7. Can I customize the Target Mail postcard with my own job site images?

Yes, for an additional fee, we can use high quality/high-resolution job site images or properly purchased/licensed stock images. We cannot use images taken from manufacturers' sites or other websites which you do not own or have permission to use.

8. What does the Target Mail program cost?

  • 6" x 9" cards are $1.15/ea. (Bulk Mail) or $1.25/ea. (First Class)
  • 4" x 6" storm cards are $0.99/ea. (First Class)
  • There is a $20 processing fee per order submission.
  • One-time: $35 company logo & artwork fee (Approved art is archived)
  • Optional: $25 fee to select by Home Market Value or Household Income

9. How do Target Mail postcards drive homeowner response?

A well-designed direct mail piece should have a clear call to action that directs prospective customers to a phone number, website, QR code or social media page.

10. Will my Target Mail postcards be tracked?

No, we do not incorporate any tracking devices. However, you can incorporate a unique promo code, QR code, landing page, or phone number to measure effectiveness.

11. How does the Target Mail Program offer local targeting?

We effectively reach a specific "target" geographic area by mailing verified homeowners that reside within specified zip codes or within a 2-mile radius of a supplied target address. We cannot select homeowner data by subdivision name, intersection or half $wath maps.

12. Can I send multiple Target Mail orders in the same target area?

Yes! If mailing the SAME postcard to an entire Target Area (i.e. zip code), we can suppress the previous homeowners mailed and pull the next available set of records.

13. Can I send multiple Target Mail postcards to the same homeowner recipients?

Yes! If you would like to mail the SAME homeowners a variety of Target Mail postcards (i.e. roofing, siding, windows) to showcase all your services, we can rent a multi-use data list.

14. Can I do multiple Target Mail mailings with the same artwork?

Yes! Consistent direct mail efforts reinforce brand identity, increase awareness, create familiarity, and build trust over time. Discuss your mail strategy and schedule with your Sales Rep.

15. Can I just rent a list of prospective homeowners in a certain area?

Yes! List Only pricing is 33-cents per record. It is provided in an Excel file. It will contain names and addresses (no phone numbers). Minimum order quantity is 300.

16. Can I supply my own list for this Target Mail mailing?

Yes! Send us your mailing list in an Excel spreadsheet with the name, address, city, state and zip code in separate columns and we'll prepare and standardize the list for mail use.

17. Can I supply my own custom artwork design?

Yes! However, the supplied artwork must be provided in an acceptable format and adhere to our Target Mail card sizes and postal areas – view design specifications.

18. Can I get the list of homeowners that were mailed?

Yes! Upon request, we'll email you the names & addresses post-mailing. However, these list rentals are for single use so you cannot send mail to them again.

19. How do I pay for my Target Mail order?

Payments must be made through your ABC Supply or Town & Country Industries location. Speak to your manager or sales rep to determine their preferred method.
